The main point of difference with our breakfast, short crust and puff pastry – is that we actually make it all from scratch using quality New Zealand butter (quite challenging to work with in the middle of summer!), not the common margarines… which is far more rewarding for you!

    Tenderly layered for puff and flake, with that full butter flavour.

    Filled with seasonal patisserie creams.

  • Mille Feuille

    A  French treat translating to “thousand sheets” referring to the layering of the puff pastry… French Vanilla Slice.

  • Baked Cheesecakes

    Various options including chocolate, raspberry, blueberry…in various sizes.

    Escargot, Apricot, Apple, Sour cherry, Spiced Pear.

    From 45mm Petit Fours up to 25cm in diameter. Again, the point of difference is butter, which makes for a lovely shortcrust pastry accross our range of products such as cirtrus tarts, belgian chocolate caramel tart, fruit flans, rhubarb or spiced pear frangipane tarts.
